All products and services must be paid in full prior to any services rendered. No exchanges or refunds are performed and all sales transactions are final. If a particular paid order is not printed within the one year valid period and a written request for order change has been received, a credit for the print portion of the purchase will be applied to the clients internal account for future use, unless one full year has passed from the date of order for which in that case the pending order is purged and all payments are forfeited.
Definition of "Totally Green":
The term "Totally Green" means that Eurada now strives to leave the smallest footprint possible on the future earth that it possibly can with ALL of it's products. We use the highest possible percentage of recycled paper in our paper products that is available to us at that particular time and that we promote Bio-Degradable and Recycled plastics for all of our PVC products.

Eurada guarantees that it will beat ANY proven price from our competitors on the SAME (verifiable) products..
Right to Print:
Eurada's clients, by ordering through either Phone or Internet, are guaranteeing that Eurada, LLC can assume that the client has the rights to print the items that they are requesting printed.
Overrun & Underrun:
Eurada attempts to print and deliver the exact amount ordered, however some technocologically advanced products offered occasionally come off presses non-functional or damaged. If there is more than 10% in that condition, Eurada will do a small print run to make up the 10% under ratio allowed for within the printing industry. There is a 10% over / under allowed on all orders.
This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Eurada, LLC Phone & Online Service. By using the Eurada, LLC services you (the Client) agrees to these terms and conditions in their totality. If you, the client, do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this company’s services prior to payment. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Eurada, LLC website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
Client Responsibility with Time Factor (Simple English)
Eurada, LLC provides its clients with a window of time to provide the required information such as text and images for the design of their products. This window is 60 days with a guarantee of no price adjustments from the originally pre-paid amount. All contracted services from Eurada, LLC have this same condition. Eurada, LLC also provides an additional 30 day grace period after the 60 day mark at which time it will attempt in many forms, to communicate with the client to urge them to complete their obligations with regards to their order. If the client does not fulfill their obligations within the 90 day period, a 10% assessment fee will be attached to their client file which is automatically charged to the payment form provided by the client at the time of ordering. This fee will be assessed EVERY 90 days until day 364 and the fees MUST be paid PRIOR to the ordered items being printed. After day 366 the order will be deleted from the system and all amounts paid will be forfeited due to non-compliance with Terms and Conditions. Occasionally, an account is set for bypass by the owner of Eurada, however, if the client shows extreme neglect and delinquency, the aforementioned charges can be charged to the account for up to 24 months following the order nullification.
Estimated Ship Dates on Receipts
The estimated ship dates are based on the client approving the order within one week of the order being placed. Any approvals past that period negate the validity of the estimation date specified at the time of order.
Random Promo Pricing Eurada, LLC runs promotions through a Random Hat system in which employees place their ideas in a hat and they are pulled randomly by fellow employees for upcoming promotions. Due to this format, no future promotions are known and the pricing is held ONLY for the period of that promotion. If a period is not mentioned on the promo, its validity ends when all references to that promo are removed from the header and the home page of this website. Clients reap the rewards of each promotion but cannot mix future promotional pricing into a previous order and there are NO pricing Guarantees offered or inferred at any time.
Change Orders Any jobs that have been approved or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process that results from the send to press action. If a request is made for a job to downgrade, including but not limited to turn around time, quantity, shipping method etc, before the digital proof is approved, a change order fee of $15.00 will be deducted from any internal credit refund that may exist or if none exist, will be charged to the Payment form on file for the client.
Special Orders Any item purchased that is beyond our standard product line like modified die cut designs cannot be cancelled or modified whatsoever due to the fact that the paper die products must be prepurchased which cannot be returned or changed.
Turnaround Times Turnaround times begin ONLY when the following criteria have been met
1. Your order has been entered, processed and transaction approved. 2. You have indemnified Eurada, LLC of logo rights infringement. 3. You have viewed and approved your proof so that Eurada can send to press.
All turnaround times are based on business days. Monday through Friday and exclude all national and federal holidays. All jobs with standard turnaround times (5-6 days) submitted into production before 6:00pm CST will begin production the following business day. Holiday periods can increase turnaround times by up to 5-10 business days.
Eurada, LLC strives to ship every job on time; however, ship dates should be considered estimates. Production delays, weather conditions and mechanical malfunctions, etc. can sometimes cause jobs to ship late. Eurada, LLC is not responsible for upgrading the shipping method to accommodate a missed estimated ship date. Customers may upgrade the shipping method prior to the job actually shipping at their own expense. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted ONLY if a Customer Service Supervisor agrees to these terms in writing as a condition during order entry. If you have a time-sensitive job, please be sure to notify customer service.
Press Down-Times
Some of the large presses are down during the month of December for maintenance taking advantage of the slower Holiday season. Any approvals received after Thanksgiving for items that need to be printed on those presses will be printed after December 27th and in some cases not until January 3rd.
International Deliveries
Deliveries outside the US where signature is not required or if a postal system is used are NOT guaranteed to be delivered as Eurada has no control over other countries and the deliveries. A package will be considered delivered when the outside country takes possession.
Proofs:
Proofs are delivered via email in high resolution, full bleed (1/8 inch trim will occur during print) and all proofs MUST be replied to with APPROVED before any printing will commence. Proofs can only be created and provided to the client when the client has provided Eurada with the text, imagery and desired product appeal.
Design Credit:
All larger pieces designed by Eurada. LLC will have a credit notation at the bottom of the item in a grey colour. We do this to compensate us in a fashion alternate to cash due to the low pricing offered to our clients. If a client wishes to have it removed from their design, a nominal fee of $95 will be charged to their form of payment on file to have this request completed.
Art Resolution Requirements: You must provide at minimum 300 dpi high resolution images suited for offset printing. Eurada, LLC is not liable for images printing as bitmaps as a result of the customer providing low-resolution images.
Bleed and Caution Margin Requirements (Client provided Designs)
You must include 1/8 symmetrical bleed for designs which have content extending to the trim line. You must exclude important content from the caution zone, defined by the inner 1/8 margin to the trim lines. Eurada, LLC allows for a 1/16 tolerance for error with each bindery process, therefore adherence to bleed and caution margins are important to image fidelity.
Eurada’s Gang Run Printing
A gang-run is the method of producing print jobs for clients that lowers costs by printing several print jobs together on the same print run, thus spreading the cost of the printing amongst all jobs on the form. ALL gang run printing is subject to a 10% color variance. If a job is color critical, then the necessary attention it needs cannot be attained in a gang-run format. Therefore, the job must be printed by itself without the discounted price of gang-run printing. Color critical jobs require a dedicated run where the press is calibrated specifically to that run and job rather than a gang-run with other print jobs.
Customers must notify Eurada, LLC within 1 business day of order delivery to report any defects discovered in the ordered product. 100% of the product should be returned to Eurada, LLC (Missouri Analysis Office) at the customer's expense within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Should the claim be approved by Eurada, LLC, a reprint of the faulty product returned will be completed at no cost and will be shipped to the customer using the original shipping method.
Overuns and Underruns Over-runs or under-runs will not exceed 5%. If a job is short, Eurada, LLC will prorate the missing quantity in the form of a credit toward future orders or at our discretion a reprint of the missing amount will be allowed for jobs missing 500 or more pieces.
Chargeback Attempts Eurada has never lost in a chargeback with a credit card company because we provide exactly what the client pays for and our terms are very clearly stated. If a client attempts a chargeback, a $250 administrative fee will be due and payable prior to the order being printed once the chargeback decision comes back as a denial to the cardholder. Any and all items still to be printed or delivered at the time that a FRAUDULENT chargeback is initiated, will be held or paused until the issue is resolved and a letter from the client in apology and as confirmation of charges being valid is received.
Shipping
Eurada, LLC ships jobs via UPS or via other nationally recognized carriers in its sole discretion. Once a package has shipped, Eurada, LLC will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.
Email Notifications If you use an address with an email filter that requires each sender to fill out a form, you may not receive our automatic notification messages. Eurada, LLC is not responsible for automated email notifications that are redirected due to a customer's email filter settings. It is the customer's responsibility to check that their email system is not blocking Eurada, LLC ‘s emails and that you agree to receive various emails from Eurada, LLC pursuant to our privacy policy. Email Job Status Notifications are sent in regards to job status changes, job related warnings such as delays or art issues. Periodic newsletters, product specials, one-time sales, new coupons and time-sensitive offers are also sent pursuant to our privacy policy and Client opt-in or opt-out requests. If you wish to be removed from the special offer emails please reply with remove to any of the advertisement emails.
Disclaimer of Warranties The site is provided by Eurada, LLC on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis as is ALL of Eurada, LLC's designed client sites and their subsequent hosting. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurada, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Web Site Liabilities:
Eurada, LLC shall have NO liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website or any of those hosted by Eurada, LLC. Eurada, LLC disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore the above referenced exclusion may not be applicable.
Availability of Services
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Eurada, LLC shall attempt to provide the Services for twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week throughout the term of this Agreement. You agree that from time to time the Services may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation:
1.equipment malfunctions;
2.periodic maintenance procedures or repairs that Eurada, LLC may undertake from time to time; or
3.causes beyond the control of Eurada, LLC or that are not reasonably foreseeable by Eurada, LLC, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks network congestion or other failures.
You agree Eurada, LLC has no control of availability of the Services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.
You further agree that as a normal course of its business, it may be necessary for Eurada, LLC to migrate its servers. As a result, even though You may have a dedicated IP, You may be assigned a different IP number. Eurada, LLC does not warrant that You will be able to consistently maintain Your given IP numbers.
Service Availability Guarantee
Eurada, LLC offers a service uptime guarantee for the Services of 99.9% ("Service Uptime") of available time. If Eurada, LLC fails to maintain this level of service availability, You may contact Eurada, LLC and request a credit of 5% of Your monthly hosting fee from Eurada, LLC for that month. The credit may be used only for the purchase of further products and services from Eurada, LLC, and is exclusive of any applicable taxes. The credit does not apply to service interruptions caused by:
1.periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs Eurada, LLC may undertake from time to time;
2.errors caused by You from custom scripting or coding;
3.outages that do not affect the appearance of the web site but merely affect access to the web site such as FTP and email;
4.causes beyond the control of Eurada, LLC or that are not reasonably foreseeable by Eurada, LLC ; and
5.outages related to the reliability of certain programming environments.
Total Service Uptime shall be solely determined by Eurada, LLC and shall be calculated on a monthly basis.
Eurada Designed Logo for Clients
Eurada typically builds special logos for clients for the design time only, BUT, the client hereby agrees that they CANNOT print that logo through any other company or machine other than those of Eurada, LLC, unless they pay for the rights to use which is a flat $250. Any client found violating this condition will automatically be charged the $250 to their Credit Card on file.
Eurada, LLC's web design services are for clients that require a low cost solution for their internet marketing purposes. All designed products are sent to the client after completion and then purged from databases for storage space purposes. If the client decides to accept Eurada, LLC's free one year hosting option, they do so at their own risk of potential downtime as Eurada, LLC does NOT guarantee uptime services.
Eurada, LLC will not accept any liability for downtime for any reason, inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, power issues, cyber crimes, or any other scenario that could cause the loss of services and / or data.
If for some reason, a server is no longer functional, Eurada, LLC will provide the opportunity for the client to have their site hosted elsewhere at Eurada, LLC's cost and selection for the balance of their hosting period and any additional time alotted due to the fact that their site may have been down due to a server issue. To complete this process, the client must send a copy of their provided site back to Eurada, LLC so that Eurada, LLC may then get it hosted elsewhere as quickly as possible within the time constraints present at that particular moment.
Limitation of Liability EURADA, LLC SHALL NOT be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Eurada, LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if Eurada, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.
Indemnification Client agrees to indemnify and hold Eurada, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Clients use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Client, or other user of the Service using Clients computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Interruption to Service Eurada, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Client. Eurada, LLC shall not be liable to Client or any third party should Eurada, LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Client acknowledges and accepts that Eurada, LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website or those that may be hosted on a server managed or owned by Eurada, LLC and that operation of our website or others may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control. The same applies to our Phone Order systems.
Third-Party Sites Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all Clients to review said privacy policies of third-parties sites.

While Eurada, LLC makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website and within the company as a whole, is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided. Eurada, LLC makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any Client or Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Client or Vendor shall be at your own risk.
Governing Jurisdiction
Our website is operated and provided in the State of Pennsylvania, however our designs and services are performed in either Canada, Europe or Mexico. As such, we are not subject to the laws of the State Pennsylvania, and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations. Accordingly, if you choose to access our site you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the state or province where that specific service was performed.
Compliance with Laws Client assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Client may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Client further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Other Terms If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Eurada, LLC, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Client. Client agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Client is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We at Eurada, LLC guarantee that we will strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied, however, in some cases we cannot guarantee that our clients are 100% satisfied with the design of their products that are created by our designers. Color matching, however is never guaranteed at all if a client provides a file to match due to transport degredation and other uncontrollable factors. We ensure that satisfaction is attained by NOT printing anything until we receive an APPROVAL to print on the design proofs sent to the client, by the client via email with digital tracking. If a color match file is sent after approval, it is assumed that the color is to be matched on the approved file with NO further approval necessary. If a client decides not to print, the charged amount, less full rate graphic design charges will be applied to an internal account for future use.
All of our printed products will match in quality and color, however, we CANNOT guarantee that our products will appear identical to those from another printer due to a wide array of reasons that are totally beyond our control because we do not know what the conditions or stocks are at any other facility.
Customer Satisfaction
All images/files supplied are automatically considered proofed and ready to produce. However, if images/files are created they will need proofed before anything is produced, thereby indicating complete satisfaction of the work created. All services will be conducted in a professional and timely manner.
Web and Email Service
Eurada, LLC cannot guarantee that other clients misuse of the web and email systems will not affect the service as a whole. There is NO guarantee whatsoever of email accounts coming up without any rejections or SPAM status.
Credit Card Information
Credit card information and billing information is solely for the payment of products and services and is treated as completely confidential. Our credit card processing is done through virtual terminal with billing address verification, thus guaranteeing the validity of the transaction.
No charge back will be accepted at any point and time due to the before mentioned terms.
If for some reason an order is cancelled after payment and prior to print, a design fee for the work completed will be charged at a rate of $95.00 per hour with a one hour minimum, and the balance of the amount paid will be credited to the clients internal account for future use.
Any cancelled orders are subject to design fees if work has been done.
Client Delays
Eurada reserves the right to readjust pre-order totals after 90 days by 10% of the initial order and every 90 days following up to day 364, where the client has neglected to finalize their paid product orders. Costs for administration, paper and printing incur cost increases often, however, Eurada, LLC honors the prices from the time of order for 90 days which is a rarity in this industry. All non-completed orders that have an age time over 365 days become void and all paid monies are lost.
